Katrin studied at the Fachhochschule in Rosenheim, Germany, Barcelona, Spain and received a Diplom Ingenieur in Innenarchitektuer in Trier, Germany in1992.

Prior to study, Katrin completed an apprenticeship at the Rosenthal Furniture studios in Germany. Her skills as a craftsman provided her with sophisticated understanding of construction and she has applied these sensitivities to architectural practices in Germany and Singapore.

Katrin is a strong conceptual designer with sophisticated documentation skills and has served as the project coordinator for both residential and commercial spaces.
